本次與 Elixir31012 合作開發，以 Tuareg 沙漠遊牧民族的 Tagelmust 為靈感，並延伸自 Elixir31012 標誌性的 3D 列印作品 Thorn Cap。帽沿以 SLS 尼龍燒結技術製作，結合手工編織棉繩、INCODER 珠繩與電纜固定件作為集束調節扣，將民俗工藝與工業材料並置。從鹿皮、棉繩到 3D 列印尼龍與現代電纜材料，不同時代的材料語言交織於同一件作品，構築出介於古老文化與未來想像之間的穿戴形式。

3D Halo Visor 可單獨搭配較薄的帽款配戴，也可與 Nomad Boundless Cap 結合，透過不同帽體自由組合，創造更具層次與個性的造型。

Elixir31012 由英國皇家藝術學院畢業的 3D 藝術家徐婧與聲音藝術家夏己韞共同創立，以 3D 列印、新媒體藝術與時尚配件為核心，融合後人類主義、神秘主義與地下俱樂部文化，打造介於古老儀式與未來科技之間的設計語言。品牌將 3D 列印視為一種當代煉金術，持續探索身體、意識與科技的邊界。

SLS Nylon Care

本產品採用 SLS（Selective Laser Sintering）尼龍雷射燒結技術製作，具有輕量、高強度與彈性結構的特性，可呈現傳統製程難以完成的立體造型。

* 初期使用時，表面可能殘留少量燻黑處理後的色粉，屬正常現象，可使用乾布或微濕軟布輕拭即可。
* 請避免使用酒精、丙酮、去漬油等有機溶劑清潔，以免影響表面處理。
* 若有灰塵，可使用軟毛刷輕刷或以清水搭配中性清潔劑清潔，並於陰涼處自然風乾。
* 請避免長時間高溫曝曬（約 70°C 以上）或重壓、過度彎折，以維持最佳外觀與結構。
* SLS 尼龍表面具有細緻霧面顆粒感，隨使用產生些微光澤變化屬正常使用痕跡。

Developed in collaboration with Elixir31012, the 3D Halo Visor draws inspiration from the Tagelmust, the traditional veil worn by the Tuareg people of the Sahara, while extending the design language of Elixir31012's signature Thorn Cap.

The visor is produced using SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) nylon, combined with handwoven cotton cords, INCODER's signature cord system, and industrial cable clips repurposed as adjustable cord locks. Traditional craftsmanship and industrial materials are brought together within a single object.

From leather and woven cotton to 3D-printed nylon and contemporary cable components, materials from different eras coexist in one piece, forming a wearable object that exists somewhere between ancient culture and speculative futures.

The 3D Halo Visor can be worn on its own over lightweight caps or paired with the Nomad Boundless Cap, allowing different hat bodies to be freely combined for more layered and personalized styling.

About Elixir31012

Founded by Xu Jing, a 3D artist graduated from the Royal College of Art, and sound artist Xia Jiyun, Elixir31012 explores the intersection of 3D printing, new media art, and fashion accessories.

Drawing from post-humanism, mysticism, and underground club culture, the brand develops a design language that exists between ancient rituals and future technology. Viewing 3D printing as a form of contemporary alchemy, Elixir31012 continually investigates the boundaries between the body, consciousness, and technology.

SLS Nylon Care

This product is manufactured using Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) nylon technology, offering a lightweight yet durable structure with the flexibility to achieve complex three-dimensional forms that are difficult to produce through conventional manufacturing methods.

A small amount of black finishing powder may remain on the surface during initial use. This is normal and can be removed with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth.
Avoid cleaning with alcohol, acetone, petroleum-based solvents, or other organic solvents, as they may affect the surface finish.
To remove dust, gently brush the surface with a soft brush or clean it with water and a mild detergent. Allow it to air dry naturally in a shaded area.
Avoid prolonged exposure to high temperatures (approximately above 70°C / 158°F), excessive pressure, or repeated over-bending to preserve its appearance and structural integrity.
The fine matte texture of SLS nylon may gradually develop a slight sheen through regular use. This is a natural characteristic of the material.
