Return Policy

適用範圍 Scope of Application

本退貨政策僅適用於台灣本島地區之消費者訂單，不適用於離島及其他國家地區之訂單。
This return policy applies only to orders delivered within Taiwan main island. It does not apply to orders from offshore islands or international regions.

退貨時限 Return Period

收到商品後 7 天內，如商品 未使用、吊牌未拆、包裝完整，可申請退貨。請先來信客服確認退貨資格。
Within 7 days of receiving the product, you may request a return if the item is unused, tags are intact, and original packaging is complete. Please contact our customer service first to confirm your eligibility.

運費說明 Shipping Fee Responsibility

請注意：若您因個人因素退貨，我們僅退還商品金額，不含原始運費與退貨運費。
Please note: For non-defect returns, we will only refund the product cost. Original shipping and return shipping costs will not be refunded.

退貨流程 Return Procedure

來信至客服信箱：incoder.tw@gmail.com，並提供：
- 訂單編號
- 退貨原因
- 商品照片（如為瑕疵或錯誤商品）
經客服確認可退貨後，我們會提供退貨地址。
商品需以原包裝寄回，並附上訂單資料。
收到並確認商品狀況無誤後，我們將於 5–7 個工作天內完成退款處理。

退款方式 Refund Method

退款將依原付款方式退還，處理時間視銀行流程而定（約需 5–14 個工作天）。
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Processing time may vary by bank (approximately 5–14 business days).
