[出貨說明]

下單後（不含訂購當天），約 １-２ 個工作天寄出，不含例假日
宅配出貨時間為週一至週五 15:00前，下單時間超過則列入隔日訂單
超商出貨時間為每日
若節慶假日遇訂單較多或不可抗力天災因素，則可能延遲出貨
如選 [宅配]：實際配送狀況將依照宅配司機安排之路線而定
如選 [超商]：請留意到貨簡訊並於到貨之後 7 天內取貨請勿無故未取；如造成運費損失將由顧客自行吸收；累積滿兩次未取件者，未來將會被列為「限制取件者」，意即無法使用便利商店取件功能

[國際運送與關稅]

國際訂單將依目的地及結帳時所選擇的運送方式，使用適用的國際物流服務寄送。

運費將於結帳時依適用情況計算並顯示。

國際訂單可能依目的國規定產生進口關稅、稅金、清關費或其他相關費用。除非結帳頁面另有明確說明，此類費用不包含於商品售價及運費中。

上述費用由收件人負擔，並可能由物流承運商或當地海關於配送前或配送時收取。

INCODER 無法控制或預估各國可能產生的相關費用，建議於下單前向當地海關確認相關規定。

Service

We offer worldwide shipping to most countries and regions. Shipping carriers and services may vary depending on the destination, local regulations, and customs conditions to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process.

Estimated delivery time is approximately 2–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs clearance. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs procedures, local holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.

To ensure that your order is in good condition before shipment, all products will undergo a final inspection prior to dispatch. Please contact us if you require assistance with an urgent order.

Import Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

Any additional import-related charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected by the shipping carrier or local customs authority before or upon delivery.

INCODER has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, as customs policies and fees vary by country or region. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for further information before placing an order.
